K type thermocouple wire cable list

K type thermocouple (Chromel+ / Alumel –)  is the most common type of thermocouple. It’s cheap, accurate, reliable, and has a wide temperature range.

K type Thermocouple wire cable always has a brown jacket ( Teflon FEP PFA or Fiberglass ) with Yellow and Red conductors. This wire is available in standard limits ±2°C or Special Limits ±1°C.

K type Thermocouple extension Wire is used to connect Thermocouples to Instrumentation.  It's accuracy is guaranteed over a limited temperature range. ( -40 ~ 221°F / -40 ~ 105°C )

It always has a YELLOW jacket with Yellow and Red conductors.
